Current market indicators continue to reflect the area's premium coastal appeal, with median listing prices around $1.6 million and values averaging approximately $1,100 per square foot. While listing prices are down 13.6% year-over-year and selling times have lengthened slightly, rental demand remains stable, suggesting continued market resilience.
